Bulborama Supra Life GU10 base compact fluorescent bulbs feature two bayonets protruding from the base of the bulb. The GU10 bayonets insert into matching holes in a fixture's socket, then twist and lock into place. Supra Life compact fluorescent bulbs emit 25% less heat than standard spiral CFL's and last up to 10 times longer than standard incandescent light bulbs while using 75% less energy.
