The Bell Fraction Bike Helmet offers the same skate-inspired styling of the Faction helmet in a youth size. Just like the Faction, the Fraction is dual certified for skate and bike use, and features the same tough ABS plastic shell for a low-profile fit. Other features include contemporary graphics and dual-density EPS foam.Helmet Tips:
